Custom Products & Packaging: These orders can be a more elaborate process when compared to a typical ecommerce transaction. There are a lot of details and information that has to be exchanged to ensure you get the order just as you envision it. We have our simple 5 step process listed below to walk new customers and first timers through a custom order.
- 1. Find the Product -
Look through our catalogue of products to find what suits your needs
- 2. Attach Your Artwork and Instructions -
There will be an upload button that says 'Add Files' on the product page to attach your design/logo files to the order. There's also a space for you to include instructions for how the design will be printed on the custom product. If you need adjustments to existing files or an original design, we're able to assist you with that as well!
- 3. Submit Your Order -
With the items in your cart, you can now start the checkout process. We'll need your shipping information and the payment will be made securely through PayPal.
- 4. We Send Final Proof and Payment Adjustment -
Once the payment has been made, we'll get to work! A proof with the technical details of the product will be sent to you for a final approval before production starts. In most cases, an order will require an additional balance to be paid for shipping or any additional customization to the product. You can get an idea of these costs by viewing the 'Product Details' section on the right side of the product page.
- 5. Finalize the Order -
Once the proof is signed and the shipping balance is settled, we'll begin production! Then it's only a matter of time until you're new branded product is on your doorstep.
